Cabin Classes

Economy

Economy Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 31 to 33 inches, 105 degrees of recline and in-seat power supply. The in-flight menu includes a choice of 2 main courses as well as a range of beverages. The Dragon On Air in-flight entertainment system is featured on 6.5 inch seat-back screens, 15 inch ceiling screens or 9 inch wall-mounted LCD screens, depending on the aircraft.

Business Class

Business Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 42 to 63 inches, 123 to 135 degrees of recline, extendable foot and leg rests, personal storage and in-seat power supply. The in-flight menu includes a choice of 2 to 3 main courses as well as a range of beverages. The Dragon On Air in-flight entertainment system is featured on 9 inch personal screens, 10.4 inch personal screens, 15 inch ceiling screens or 9 inch wall-mounted LCD screens, depending on the aircraft.

First Class

First Class cabins contain flat beds with a seat pitch of 62 inches, foot rests, leg rests, 4-way lumbar support and in-seat power supply. The in-flight menu includes an à la carte dining service with a choice of starter, main course and beverage. The Dragon On Air in-flight entertainment system is featured on 10.4 inch personal screens.
Baggage
Economy Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 5kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage when flying to the Americas and 1 piece of 20kg checked baggage for all other destinations. Business Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 5kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg (each) checked baggage when flying to the Americas and 1 piece of 30kg checked baggage for all other destinations. First Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 5kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg (each) checked baggage when flying to the Americas and 1 piece of 40kg checked baggage for all other destinations.
Check-in Options
Dragon Air offers web check-in from 48 hours until 90 minutes before the departure time. Check-in at the airport is open from 48 hours until 50 minutes before the departure time.
Rewards Program
The Marco Polo Club allows members to earn points when they fly with Dragonair, Cathay Pacific Airways and airlines affiliated with the oneworld alliance, or when they shop with their partners. Members receive priority treatment and benefits including free up-grades, extra baggage, complimentary services and early or late check-in. Benefits are determined by accumulated points.
Lounges
Dragon Air has lounges located in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and all throughout China. Dragon Air also has access to Cathay Pacific lounges worldwide. Lounges vary between locations and can include flight information monitors, baggage storage areas, business facilities and wireless broadband access. Lounges also have self service refreshment counters which offer a range of snacks, meals and beverages. First Class passengers, Business Class passengers, Diamond, Gold and Silver members of The Marco Polo Club, Cargo Clan Elite members and oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members have select access to lounges.
